No functions available at all, just info screens

The app launches, but it puts up one of those brief tutorials with three screens showing what it purports to do, but there is no way to close this tutorial without closing the app, which upon being opened again, places the same tytorial in front of whatever was supposed to be the app, with absolutely no way that I could discover to close it, except to close the entire app. And so on, on an endless and futile loop.
