It doesn’t work on my QTS-473 with latest firmware on it, HD station started.

Non corrispondono i caratteri speciali
Dall’aggiornamento a IOS 13, la tastiera è inutilizzabile. I caratteri speciali non corrispondono, la @ introvabile.
Incompatibile con IOS 13
Da quando ho installato iOS 13 l’app non funziona più. Nel concreto nella stringa di inserimento del link del torrent non si riesce più a scrivere. Sono andato all’apple store che ha confermato che il problema é la app. Prego gli Sviluppatori a correggere il problema
Works fine
Have to reconnect when I reopen the app, but it only takes 2 seconds and happens automatically, so I don’t mind much.
Needs updating, especially for iPad
Functional but needs redesign, especially on iPad version. Would love to see ability to customise layout to your own design.

The application is useful, fulfilling its task, but the lack of a version for the iPad is a bit incomprehensible.
Today I noticed, after a long time of disuse of the file server, that I can not log in from mobile devices (iPhone, iPad) at all. While there is no such problem with logging in from a laptop.
I updated the software, changed the password, checked the internet cable, checked the router and everything works smoothly.
The conclusion is simple, that the problem lies on the side of the abovementioned application, to which I have a problem logging in. Please, remove this error as soon as possible in the next update!

El teclado no funciona
Al menos en el iPhone XS es imposible teclear “:”. Aparece el punto.

Extremely buggy
iPad. Constantly loses connection. Controls don’t respond to a single touch, it takes a random number of repeated touches for a button to work. No scroll support in mouse mode.

Dann heißt es app killen, wieder verbinden und bei Youtube weitersuchen....nervt!
Fas Umschalten zwischen der Tastatur und Keyboard ist auf Dauer ebenfalls nervig. Die usability sollte überdenkt werden.

Works well but kills your battery
The app works well and great that you can use it as a keyboard and mouse etc. Problem is the battery drain...even having the app running in the background will eat an ipads fully charged battery in 6hrs.

You just need to be in front of the nas, connected to TV and logged in!

No problems here; works fine. I'm running the latest HD Station. The remote control shipped with the NAS requires an unobstructed line-of-sight. If you are one who likes to keep the NAS out of sight, this virtual remote, much like Roku's, is a good solution.

I upgraded my HD station yesterday and remote is not working now
Very annoying app
This app looses the connection to the NAS (maybe once your mobile joins another network?) but after that you have to restart HD Station in for it to work again. Very annoying!

Typical Qnap fashion. Never works correctly and zero support.
