Works to control my CB10. Presets, reverb and volume.
No speaker detected
KC12 I have tried using this for the past three weeks and doesn’t work with the KC 12 it is not recognizing the case even when deleting the app, reinstalling it and letting it allow to find Bluetooth device devices even turning on Bluetooth on the KC 12 find the device really upsetting, tried going online and doing all the steps that they say to connect still nothing. Next step is contacting customer service, but I hope I don’t get the runaround that wrote a review about them not a great start to join joining the but at least this is just the app and not the KC 12 it’s terrific. Haven’t had any problems with it and connect connecting Bluetooth device is a breeze connects within 2 to 3 seconds

CB10 Bad Software
The CB10 is a nice piece of hardware but this app sucks. Updating firmware was a headache, Bluetooth is super unreliable and I need to restart it several times just for the app to detect it. I like to run Bluetooth out of the output in the back and constantly having to pray the app connects ruins the experience, especially with no other way to enable this setting.

Troubleshooting
I got The CB10 speaker, everything was working but when we downloaded the app to do the update, it didn’t update in the time said, the speaker literally froze and would not even shut up and wasn’t working at all until the battery was completely removed, I called technical support and they said to try it again, we did, but then afterwards still didn’t work, they directed us to do it once more but that it would take more than an hour and that if it wasn’t working to go exchange it which we did end up doing it. Now up to the new speaker still having the same issue, so it might be an app issue. Yes app was tried on different mobile devices (they recommended that just to make sure it wasn’t a device issue) but yeah still didn’t work.
