About

QSX — "I am listening on…" Live amateur radio repeater audio on your Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad. Pick a repeater, hear what's happening on it. Nothing to configure, no account to make. • Curated stream catalog — real repeaters and linked systems with public receivers, from Dutch national coverage to a big multi-mode reflector in New York. The catalog updates over the air, so new streams appear without an app update. • Now Playing — callsign, frequency, location, and live net or talkgroup names when the stream carries them. On Apple TV, the Top Shelf shows what's on the air before you even open the app. • EchoLink too — the catalog carries public monitors of EchoLink nodes, and operators can connect to a node directly with their own EchoLink callsign and password. • Listen anywhere — on the TV, on the phone, or sent to an Apple TV, HomePod, or your car with AirPlay. Audio keeps running in the background, with controls on the lock screen and in CarPlay. • Add your own — paste a direct stream URL (your club's Icecast server, an AllStar or DMR web monitor) and it plays on every device you own. • Favorites, synced — favorite a repeater on the phone and it's already starred on the TV, through your own iCloud. • Optional Broadcastify Premium — if you subscribe, sign in once on the phone to unlock Premium-gated feeds everywhere. • Private by design — no accounts with us, no analytics, no tracking. Anything you enter lives in your own iCloud, readable only by your devices. Receive-only and open to everyone — no licence required to listen. From the makers of QSY, QRV, and QSO.

What's New in QSX

CarPlay now behaves like a real audio source: pause and resume from the steering wheel, the dashboard, or the lock screen, with a Favorites tab and a Browse tab in the car. Smoother audio on linked reflectors. A larger buffer and a fresh start on every transmission fix the choppy sound some listeners heard on busy systems. Now Playing fits every iPhone, including the SE, and the network legend no longer runs off the edge of the screen. Heard something worth remembering? Log it in QSO as a listener entry, or open the net's schedule in QRX, straight from Now Playing when those apps are installed.
