When will there be an update for iPhone 11. Seems like the system is useless without an update. Your updates always seem to take months at a time. Get with it and do your job.

I have relied on this APP on my phone
Apple 13.0 broke this on 9/19. And still broke with IOS13.1 on 9/24

Keeps kicking me out
Keeps kicking me out. I can’t even open the app. I deleted and downloaded app like million times 🤦🏻♀️ extremely frustrating
Mixed feelings
The app works every time on my iPhone 6...I love it! The app has never ever worked on my brand new iPad, ever, doesn’t even open up. Can’t open it up to even try anything...that is disappointing to say the least. Camera system it great.

The classic app is the best one, and just stopped working with newer apple devices, please make it compatible again.

Bad app
We used this app with our security system then all the sudden it stopped working. I reinstalled and every time I try to open this app, it crashes. Very disappointed!

Every time Apple does an update we have issues with this app opening. I have no way of viewing my cameras. Please fix.
Waste of an app
If you are looking for an app that only connects to your when the Moon is full and luck is on your side, this is the app for you. If you want one that actually connects 9 times out of 10, stay away. This is absolutely awful. I’m easy to please and this app is a heavy weight champ of not connecting. It connects maybe once every ten tries

The app worked 2 out of 10 times with my iPhone 7
I now have the x and it doesn’t even open!!! I only gave 1 star cuz u can’t do negative or thumbs down! I would even pay for something that freaking worked !!
