Passcode entry problem in App
You can disarm the system through the app but the code entry screen has a problem. When you type each number of your code, it does a double entry of each number. If your code contains 4 different numbers, you can’t use it, it will fail because as soon as the last digit is entered, it takes the code and fails. For example if your code was 1234, when you press 1 on the app keypad, it will enter 11, so then you delete once so you only have a single 1, then press 2, it double enters a 2, so you delete the second 2, press 3, it double enters 3 and since it’s a 4 digit code, it takes it and says the code is invalid and you will never be able to enter the 4 of the code. Why does it do a double entry of each digit?!
It’s really annoying and forces you to have a code where the second and third digit are the same or the third and fourth digit are the same to deal with this quirk. Not very secure passcodes. They need to fix this.
The rest of the app seems to function ok, but it’s clumsy for sure in several areas. The app is just ok, lots of room for improvement.

Very Insecure app / cant create custom password
I was very shocked just now trying to reset the password for my account on this app. You can’t create your own password and must use a password that gets emailed to you! So the developers of this app have my password and account info and can control my alarm system if they choose to.
This is unbelievable!!
You need to fix your cloud platform and let your customers create their own passwords!
