Useless
With the recent update this app has become useless. I have tried to call this company. Not getting any help. App is telling me that my control panel is offline. This never happened with the older version of the app.
Awful customer service, awful app
The app never works, always has issues. I echo the awful customer service…everyone I’ve ever spoken to is incredibly rude and we’ve also been hung up on several times. I wish this company would go out of business.
Upgrades required
Would be great to have a scheduler to set alarms. Example setting the alarm 10 min after door opened after midnight in the stay option.
Has issues half the time.
When it works, it’s fine I guess. No bells or whistles, just arm and disarm. But, we constantly have issues where we are told we have an incorrect username or password when we exclusively use faceId. Also, there are times that it says our system is offline when it clearly isn’t. Makes me miss Alarm.com... a lot.

Resetting info
Unless I’m missing it…how are you supposed to recover your username? I tried resetting my password with what I thought was my username but never received an email. The app is useless for me now!
