Not Seller friendly
I have been using Queenly for almost a year. I have sold a couple of dresses on there but recently I have found that buyers are allowed to leave horrible reviews on your account that you cannot challenge or question preventing me from being able to sell any future dresses ,I had a woman who bought a dress for me over a month ago, wore it to her event, and then decided to leave a nasty review demanding the money back, and I was not allowed to ask her any questions or communicate with her .after contacting Queenly multiple emails nothing was resolved, and the review stays on my account, I have not sold any dresses since receiving this review, which was a one star review.
Her review in case you’re wondering was, “I don’t understand the arms of this dress. The shoulders were not made right I don’t like the designer of this dress.” She bought an off the shoulder dress, and only after wearing it to her event did she realized she didn’t like the way it made her look. This app started off great but its really turning into the new Facebook marketplace.
