Not Seller friendly
I have been using Queenly for almost a year. I have sold a couple of dresses on there but recently I have found that buyers are allowed to leave horrible reviews on your account that you cannot challenge or question preventing me from being able to sell any future dresses ,I had a woman who bought a dress for me over a month ago, wore it to her event, and then decided to leave a nasty review demanding the money back, and I was not allowed to ask her any questions or communicate with her .after contacting Queenly multiple emails nothing was resolved, and the review stays on my account, I have not sold any dresses since receiving this review, which was a one star review.
Her review in case you’re wondering was, “I don’t understand the arms of this dress. The shoulders were not made right I don’t like the designer of this dress.” She bought an off the shoulder dress, and only after wearing it to her event did she realized she didn’t like the way it made her look. This app started off great but its really turning into the new Facebook marketplace.

Try and BYE
This was my first time using this service selling a dress so I was hesitant when I didn’t receive payment at first and had to mail the gown off. I immediately contacted the company and surprisingly got responses within 30 minutes every time.
The plus side of using Queenly is they have tons of clients to purchase our gowns. They create the labels, display pictures and let the buyer and seller personally communicate.
The only thing I would maybe change is to have it in bold writing about not being paid firsthand cause I was confused since someone tried scamming me previously using a different site and sending a fake PP account email.
There’s nothing better than getting our closet emptied a little at a time.

Great app! User friendly.
Great app. I was skeptical to sell my prom dress anywhere online where I couldn’t control anything, but queenly made it so easy. I took a chance in reading some of the reviews they had about the app (I do everything based off of reviews) and I just got paid today. It took a day or two for my dress to be sold, then queenly sent me an email with the prepaid shipping label and all I had to do was box it and drop it off. It only took 2 days after that for me to get my money. I have already referred several people to this app and told them how easy it was. Thank you!

My favorite go-to fashion app!
I love shopping at consignment stores, but it’s always been so hard to find formalwear especially gowns for really nice events or a pageant at my local stores or even Poshmark. I was so happy to find Queenly a few years ago — it truly changes the game!! I’ve been buying and selling various dresses on it for years now, and I’ve used one dress for 5 separate occasions and it always gets so many compliments — if only they knew I got it for 80%+ off!

I love the ease of using Queenly. While I was looking for a pageant interview outfit I was quickly and easily able to narrow down my search by designer and size. I placed a bid on the jumpsuit I wanted and within 5 days it was at my doorstep!

Can’t escape this app
I didn’t have any luck selling my items on this resale app. I won’t blame that on Queenly. However, the persistent emails I keep getting even after “deleting” my account are getting old. I received an email saying my request to delete my account would be processed within 24 hours. I am still receiving emails about items that are no longer listed on Queenly because I deleted them, in addition to generic emails from the app. I tried to unsubscribe from these generic emails however the page it redirects you to never loads…. How convenient. I would love for my account deletion to be completed and to be able to unsubscribe from other emails as they no longer apply to me!

App is slow- sluggish
I have sold on different platforms. Often times to get the pre paid labels sent to seller can take more than 24 hours. There is a lag to sending messages between seller and purchaser. I think the cost to send a ballgown can be too expensive and if you package correctly it should not cost the purchaser so much. Customer service can be really fast and helpful to slow just depends on who you get. The advantage to have an app that allows a good customer base is great. Just wish the app worked better. Also- coupons that are sent via email often don’t work. This could be a fantastic program if you fix a few bugs. Thanks for trying to continue to grow and work things out.

Terrible app and company !
Please do not sell to this company. It is a scam I have communicated repeatedly over the past two weeks to ensure my payout method was secure and everything is fine. I have been given the runaround despite my dress being delivered and the buyer even confirming they liked the dress and it delivered as well. I have a status of pending on the account for my funds and no one is being helpful in the least bit. I am so tired of this process and dealing with incompetence. I would not recommend trying to sale here if you don’t want to be out of a dress and money ! I have wasted my time and I am very disappointed. I have receipts of shipment, delivery and the buyer confirming etc so my funds should no longer be pending after that 3 day time frame. I will be now taking this beyond the company and reporting them. It’s a shame you all are taking advantage of peoples time and money it’s truly sad. Best believe I will be reporting you all. I am done emailing but now going to start filing a report !

Idea is great, app needs work
I love the idea of Queenly, but the app itself has issues. It feels like the business owners hired cheap programmers to build it. There are a lot of small things that could be improved, but my biggest issue is that prior to actually accepting my order, I received an email saying “Thank you for reviewing your order Black Size 2 Side Slit Formal Dress and confirming that your item has been delivered as described.” I think this issue is fairly self explanatory so I’ll end my review here. Would love to use the app again if the functionality can be improved!

This app is definitely top tier. Being someone who is not a fan of re-wearing certain looks when going out or to events this app helps to not waste money by having dresses that just sit in your closet collecting dust. And why not make a little money back after you no longer need the dress. The app is super simple and easy to use. Amazing!!!!

Queenly has been a life-saver for both my wallet & my closet! I have so many formal dresses that I only have a chance to wear once before they started bulking up my closet. With Queenly, I can sell my old dresses (through their secure and reputable system) and actually turn a profit! It’s also great to have a feed tailored to my fashion interests. I recently downloaded the Queenly app to see what they have available on their site. I enjoyed how user-friendly the app is: Everything is organized from different dress cuts to all of the different events these dresses can be worn to. I really like how Queenly does a great job in providing a more sustainable way of shopping, while also making it very affordable.

First, I love how the app has options for general searching and also a customized page, based on your style preference. You can also choose between colors, length, fit, etc…they make it so easy for you to find exactly what you’re looking for, without wasting your precious time 💁🏽♀️.
I’m also transitioning to living a full sustainable lifestyle, so this definitely makes me feel better about how I shop as well. Plus, you get to shop dresses from actual pageant queens…you’ll really start to feel like a princess 😉
