Queens Place Residents… welcome home! 3L Alliance have teamed up with BuildingLink to bring you the Queens Place Residents App. Log in to submit defect & maintenance requests, book facilities, update your profile, view documents, and much more. The Queens Place Residents App allows you to stay up-to-date with your building and apartment. To utilise this service, you must be registered with BuildingLink. If you know your building is registered with the BuildingLink portal but don’t have login information, please contact your Building Manager at queensplace@buildingmgr.com.au
