App bugs
As a website quesmed is fantastic and thought it does occasionally bug it usually works.
The app however is a different story. I seldom have an experience where there isn’t a bug or crash. This has been the case since i first used quesmed in 2023 and i am disappointed it still is bugging.

Great resource, disappointing app
Really valuable textbook and question bank but app is full of glitches, constantly logs you out, unable to format to landscape mode on an ipad and the app is really struggling since the last IOS update. App developers please improve the user interface of the app as I along with others feel less inclined to use it due to this. The osmosis app is much easier to use but this app is more relevant to UKMLA and UK guidelines

App dysfunction
The app is total mess as it constantly logs me out and doesn’t save progress. Additionally, I have been unable to gain access in to my account even though I still have ample time on my subscription.
To cap it off, there have been no replies to the mails I have been sending to their customer support.

Please fix app
If I want renal questions on the app, why am I getting cardio questions? 😪 Being able to test myself en route on my phone is one of the key reasons why I paid for this
App doesn’t work
The questions are very good , but there is significant issues with the formatting of words on the website , where sentences overlap one another making it really hard to read some of the questions - this is only seen in the past year question section .
The app doesn’t work at all ! Shuts down as soon as it opens . I don’t think I am getting the service I have paid for . Sorry .

app is broken
when im trying to read the knowledge library its all broken and it says stuff like < u data - concetld = 3495” makes me wonder when im paying for apart from the quizzes

Hello, my App ain’t opening in my iPhone and iPad.

Decent questions but the app is terrible I’ve paid for the clinical bank and I can’t access clinical questions on the app?

Since the update there have been numerous bugs (diagrams don’t show, marks questions answered correctly as incorrect). However, the quality of questions is amazing, far better than passmed.

Can’t view any diagrams
Good questions but can’t view any diagrams since update, hardly worth the subscription
Great resource let down by awful interface
Often great questions which aid learning but the recent (22/11) update to the interface is AWFUL - makes it so difficult to read the questions/obtain lab values and an absolute pain to complete questions. Also tried using on iPad but seemingly only supports one orientation.
You’d have better luck to do practise questions on a literal potato than this app
The app literally doesn’t work. Crashes every time before I can even start doing question. Honestly not worth the subscription, passmed app is way better. Enjoy Quesmed’s style of questions but it’s totally not worth the hassle.
When it works it’s good
Sadly for the past month or so there’s been a bug that doesn’t let you select / deselect difficulty. It’ll be stuck on please wait after the check box.
You need to go onto desktop make a quiz and then go onto mobile and resume. It’s a real hassle and has only started in the past couple of months.

I like Quesmed but my gosh this app is awful. So many bugs and nowhere to report them. Not sure what these developers are doing. Suggest they get to work on it as it’s a great resource if it functions properly.
Good questions but let down by abysmal interface
Very poorly designed app. Keeps crashing every few minutes. This has happened multiple times when you just want to revise. Stick to passmed
Don’t use the app
The app doesn’t save your progress and times you out, also takes so long to load! Kinda frustrating!
Questions are generally good but sometimes answers are inaccurate.
The desktop version is mildly better, but it only works on Chrome. Had issues but they weren’t sorted effectively.

Good resource, horrible customer service and horrible app
The questions are good and helpful. But the app inconsistent and often down. Due to the fact we are paying a subscription fee and won’t get that time back it is unacceptable
Within my first two weeks of subscribing the app was not working so I asked the company via email to cancel and refund my subscription, given I had not answered a single question. They refused. Clearly, lacking a level of understanding and compassion to understand that the app is not working and no questions had ever been answered so within 14 days why can’t I get a refund?
