Ads dont stop popping up
I wanna browse on quests but the ads doesn’t stop in popping up like you can’t exit it so Im always stuck there and unable to browse o. Quests. What a waste of time!!!
Not Friendly User
This app is good but they are making it hard for both of the Citizen and heroes when it comes to their guidelines and policy. Banning account immediately without giving any warning? That is unreasonable. Dont have any idea also how long they will work on it, no email confirmation nor updates. This is not friendly for first timers especially to those who are still navigating the app. Problem that the posters encounter is - they want to accept the offer and payment will be released after the task is finished but it seems that they cannot accept the offer because it will auto pay. Most of the task cannot be done and no heroes will he selected unless the poster will agree to pay first. Not sure if this is true but overall not good. I would prefer other apps than this. Super strict. Lot of banning accounts. No warnings. No good.

As a student if youre looking for flexible jobs, this application is for you! as many of us have tight study schedules and want to earn some pocket money, Quest allows you to find jobs to work remotely or work on site for one day only! depending on some jobs, some may be more long term but like I said there is a variety of jobs!

Good experience so far, completed a few legit quests in the first week
Used the app for a month, experience so far is very nice. There is a great variety of quests from errands to social media to some random stuff, and i was surprised that i completed 2 and got like 20 bucks in the first week. Trust is a key for such platform, at least i am glad (and amazed) that my client are quite nice, and the payment was released fr and arrived quite fast

I’ve been using Quest for a while now, & it’s honestly been a game-changer when it comes to finding side gigs.
As a student, Quest has been perfect. The flexibility means I can earn a little extra without messing up my study schedule. I just pick up jobs when I have free time, & it’s been such a helpful way to make some money on the side!!
One of the things I appreciate most is how safe & reliable the platform feels. Everyone goes through a verification process, & there are even screening questions you can set before hiring someone to help you out!!
The app itself is also super easy to navigate. Everything from chatting with the client to handling payments happens right there in the app, which keeps things smooth & organised.

Be careful
Be careful! I’ve had multiple quest cancellations over a couple weeks (I have multiple posts hiring) due to heroes not being able to make it, but I’ve only been notified or ONE REFUND today, and it’s not even the full amount! They deducted a portion for god knows what. It literally says in their T&C that a full refund is applicable in the case that the citizen js not at fault. I have written multiple emails but HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE SO FAR. The ridiculous thing is, I have received a few emails from the founder (probably sent automatically) checking in on my experience with my quests. Apparently the team is not fully dead since there was an update about a week ago. Why are you guys ignoring the important things? You have my money, shouldn’t you prioritise responding to my emails?

New change Ai bot help not much
Found some staff from this app years ago when it launch, team is great and constantly taking feedback. But the interface with Ai bot coming in and causes many word to be deal as ban , payment gateway as well took long to process. Did hired a few and it’s best as can write review . Mainly student odd jobs but not many bidder nowadays unless place high pice .

Good app, Bad cash out method
Love the app but hate the wait time of your earnings, not to mention it has way too many fees? I earned ₱500 for a task and my take home is ₱411. Plus you have to wait 5 working days for you to get it to your wise account (which has a lot of fees as well!) Outrageous!

quest is definitely a necessity esp for busy people— from getting things done urgently to earning on the go.
managed to earn $20 from simple <20min work, and also managed to get urgent tasks taken care of asap.
eg! needed my bicycle pumped on the spot, posted on quest, and the guy came to my house to pump it within that day.
plus, no need to worry abt scams cuz ur money is locked in the app.
quite a hassle free experience. would totally recommend.

Overall - imperfectly brilliant
This platform really understands how the younger generation thinks and its really open to any improvements that you can make/ that the users suggest. It offers pretty up-to-date.

Long overdue update
I think it’s time for the app to think about whether the users want to receive a lot of spam notifications or not. Some of us don’t want to do quests or be on standby for new quests , so the fact you can’t turn off notifications for nearby quests or blast notification is frankly a bit annoying. Some of us only want to post quests and receive notifications for when someone makes an offer on your quest.
It would be kindly appreciated if the dev team could enable notification filter. Unless you’re forcing us to receive the blast notification because you’re charging the 10 sgd for blast notification and you’re treating our notifications as an ad space. I think this technically violates Apple AppStore tnc.

i posted a quest, and cancelled it because the hero was not able to do the task. but until now, they haven't refunded my money back. ive already emailed them multiple times! SCAMMERS. dont use this app

there are lots of scammers posting advertisements. Not totally worth it to download the app. They can’t even hire someone to filter the posts.

There are so many different types of quests on the platform, every morning I wake up to see all sorts of interesting quests and it motivates me to help the citizens out if it is within my ability since I can earn some money too!! This is really suitable for anyone who wants to earn some money, especially if you have nothing to do during this summer break and is a broke uni student like me! Tried and tested, this app is trustworthy unlike many apps out there which seem dubious. Good job and thank you to the team behind building this app :)

User-friendly for freelancer/beginners
I have been using the Quest a Hero app since last year. I have encountered the oldest to latest versions and upgrades of the app. I was impressed because ever since I signed up my account, I never had any problems using it. It’s very user-friendly, easy to navigate and honestly I learned and earned using this app. This is perfect for a beginner in freelancing like me. I will highly recommend this app!
