Missing THE important feature
It’s ridiculous that the accompanying puzzle asks you to install this app for the final step and yet despite the app doing a bunch of other stuff, the developer didn’t add the one thing you actually installed it for.
Eagle appeared but then stalled
Nothing else triggered, and can not get anything else to show up.
Doesn’t do anything.

The poor reviews skipped the first step
You need to complete the eagle first! The app could be more clear, hence the four stars. Great puzzle. Meh app.
Finale doesn’t work
Guys. This game is expensive. The whole finale is predicated on the app working. It clearly doesn’t work (look at your reviews). This is not a complicated piece of tech. Fix your game.
