Locked out of an App I paid for
Tried the free version, like it and bought the 1-time Pro version 10 yrs ago. Basic features meet my needs. Now this developer wants to hold me hostage to their subscription model. I can’t continue to use what I paid for. No thanks, and bu-byeeeee!!!

Decent App, but looking for a different one
This is a decent app, but I have been looking for another one. This app does not allow me the ability to label previous saves with a title, so I have to open it up to see which one it was. Also, I dont have the ability to delete old payees, and I have to use the virtual keyboard, it will not allow me to use my keyboard.

First of all, I’m a senior citizen who appreciates all the help I can get! I believe this is an excellent program which probably meets all of my needs. I successfully use the program on my iPad but I want to share it on my wife’s iPad so that she can continue to use it if I’m not available! When I click on “share” she is not one of the names that appear to share with. How can I share this program with her? Do we need to pay an additional subscription fee? Are there any instructions available to help me share this information with her?

Difficult on iPad
Disloyal to long-term customers
I absolutely LOVE this app!! It is the only one I use to keep track of finances. I’ve used this app for years and gladly paid the one-time fee as it was well worth it. However, it now appears that that isn’t enough for the developer. I understand needing to change your business model, but it feels very disloyal to those customers who have been with you for years and helped you build up the app to now require us to pay a subscription. A subscription for new customers would be fine, but long-term customers should be grandfathered in and exempt from the new payment model. Beware: if the developer can make such a change and bait and switch the old customers, they’ll do it again. What’s going to be the next change in their business model? My trust has been broken and it’s a real shame cuz it was a really good app.

No passcode
Since you supposed to upgrade the app the passcode no longer works correctly even though it shows on the screen it immediately bypasses it and goes straight to open the checking account
Ripped off after purchasing premium
I purchased this app already before it was a subscription model and apparently Apple allows them to cancel your premium features I already paid for & start a subscription model. I tried to restore purchase but it wont allow it.
Cannot Export Reports
Love everything except I cannot export the Accounts Report. I have reported this 3 times and no one has responded. This is a shame.

I’ve had this app for years but in the last six months the quality of the app has gone down hill! I use it on my iPad, and about a month ago it stopped working and I contacted the developer twice about it and haven’t gotten any response, and there has been an update since my first attempt to contact the developer but that did nothing to fix the issue!
Bottom line is if there is a problem this developer makes no attempt to fix it, I believe it is time to find a better app!

Same problem, software will not start
Since the upgrade, the software will not load and I’m afraid my data is gone. Is someone working on a fix, or at least go back to the last functioning version?
Don’t use!!!
This app is designed by people that do not understand anything that you complain about. There are issues that I have addressed that they cannot correct because they don’t know what I mean. That is because they are in another country and do not know how things in the USofA work. They stupidly added to have the time placed in with the date of a transaction. Who keeps track of the time that they did a transaction. The date is all that really is needed. There is a reason why this app is rated for ages 4+. It’s because the app probably was designed by children instead of adults!!!!! Many things are not as they say here.

No Support At All
I have used this app and paid for it. It suddenly stopped working after I noticed the icon was updated on my Home Screen. It begins to open and then sends me back to the Home Screen. I have reached out for help via the App Store and their Facebook page and have received no response. It appears they are happy to take your money and then abandon you. Ive been happy with it up to this point. Also, their Facebook page appears to be abandoned as they have not posted there for years. If the owners of this app want to reach out and help me, that would be great.

It won’t log on!
I have used this app for many years and has always been good till today. I go to log in and it’s a blank dark screen and I have paid for pro on my iPad which doesn’t expire until July. I can’t get help through their website. Help please!
New design
Love the new design. Will love it even more when Split View is introduced.
Update
I click on the app after the recent update and all my data is gone. I get a black screen for a few seconds then the iPad goes back to the Home Screen.
Can not View Cleared Balance
New update does not show cleared balance only checking account balance. Used to be able to balance checkbook
