Decided to try this app out after receiving a flyer at my residence, and I was excited because I love to order out food for my family but other similar apps can be hard to navigate and become too pricey. This app was easy to navigate, included a lot of food options, and is locally owned and operated which I really enjoy! The fees were not outrageous, either. Not to mention, when I accidentally forgot to add a coupon code they had given me to my order, they had the courtesy to call me and add the coupon in my behalf, saving me money. Overall, I will be using this app often in the future!

App has to be the most idiotically ran app ever. There should be a way to contact your driver directly to ensure they know where to go and so the customer knows when they’ve arrived…..or to clarify any misunderstandings with directions. There should also be a way to rate drivers specifically, whether good or bad. I recently placed an order that I never received and the driver had the nerve to blame me when they never even came, which forced me to have to wait double the time to receive my order

When making a purchase, the app got stuck on the very long message mentioning it could not be completed. App basically burned the message into the screen “not literally”, and message won’t go away. Closing the app completely doesn’t fix. It keeps the cart of what I was planning to order and continues to pop up the message and shows somethings loading in middle of the screen. I even let it sit for about 2 hours and still stuck loading. Going to uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes it. Hope nobody’s card doesn’t go through for some reason or doesn’t input anything for payment method wrong or you’ll be stuck like me.
