Don’t bother
I ordered a delivery and they rescheduled for way too early in the morning. Therefore it took my money and doesn’t offer a refund… even though it was scheduled for the night before as I asked. Not impressed!

I downloaded Vroom this morning and made my first delivery order with them. From beginning to the order being delivered I was very pleased. The delivery driver was right on time. I had no issues using this app and will use it again in the future.

It works great
It works great — super fast deliveries, much faster than the competitors, and the selection of items for delivery is much bigger than anywhere else.
Missing Items
Almost every single time I order delivery using this app I do not get all the items I pay for. There is no support. Why would I get anywhere with the store or delivery people that are ripping me off? They know you’re not going to be able to prove you got 5 items instead of 6, so no one cares.
