App Doesn't Open
For the past week or so, the app just keeps getting stuck on the splash screen with a red spinning wheel that never loads the app. The app is dead and no one is fixing it.
Can’t sign up
Couldn’t sign up. Can’t move past the “enter phone number screen.” Oh well.
We got a snag!
I’d love to take advantage of the rewards program, like discounted gas when purchasing a car wash. I downloaded the app, but when I try to register, I get the “We hit a snag!” error. "Exception Occurred during processing of request. Please contact system support.”
False Rewards
You get a ton of notifications for rewards or “deals” that are not valid when you go into a location. Don’t waste the data on this app
