Couldn’t sign up. Can’t move past the “enter phone number screen.” Oh well.
We got a snag!
I’d love to take advantage of the rewards program, like discounted gas when purchasing a car wash. I downloaded the app, but when I try to register, I get the “We hit a snag!” error. "Exception Occurred during processing of request. Please contact system support.”
False Rewards
You get a ton of notifications for rewards or “deals” that are not valid when you go into a location. Don’t waste the data on this app
Rewards Program is useless
Rewards Program is useless on app AND “FREE DELIVERY” codes they email! I have tried to use my rewards points for FREE items I EARNED from purchasing products and they have NEVER worked! We are told it is a ‘corporate app update issue’ and are asked to pay for items at the register that we’re supposed to be FREE! Pointless! I have also received codes through my email for FREE delivery…that…no surprise… didn’t work! After emailing service… I get NO REPLY or fix, either! What is the point! To trick people into buying? Target, McD, BK, Meijer, Jewel-Osco…countless stores have rewards programs that DO WORK, WHY DONT YOU!

Dear Rebel if you don’t have much customers using the account app this explains why: It asks you to add phone number then when registering after the phone number confirmation it say snag your number is already in the system and won’t allow you to register to your account. I couldn’t update my email so I wanted to start over but it says my phone number is in use when in the app said clearly deactivate or delete account so since I wanted to start over now I can’t register because it say phone number in use my own number.
So please know any mistakes you do you can’t start over and I’m frustrated about it no 800. Number to reach an employee or tech support.z

Scam
When using this app, you go up to the register and let’s say you have a free drink. The cashier will tell you oh no you don’t have a free drink and then charge you for it and then when you walk out of the store pocket your money. It’s a huge scam.
Misleading
App says purchase 25 in store to receive rewards… I spend almost $30 a day and ONLY receive reward points when I purchase gas. Their description is 100% is misleading on how to earn rewards
Exceptional service and DEALS
I’ve been coming to Rebel for years now, and I feel as if their consistency remains the same, ABOVE AVERAGE, 1000% of the time! Such a great place for a quick bite, drink, or something to snack on. Totally recommend to anyone who has yet to experience what a one-stop shop should be like! & Oh! Shout out to Devon and company at the Chestnut location downtown Clearwater!!

I went in the store to sign up for rewards as soon as I walked in the store the worker was rude and kept saying if I don’t but nothing she’s gonna call the cops Monday July 7 2025 tell your employees to tighten up

Ok so basically I want to download the rebel app for some great deals because I love this gas station already so I download the app and it’s getting its data and so I wait and wait and it’s deciding not to work so I don’t know why I don’t know if it’s because I’m on iOS 15.8.4 or it’s not working anymore

It thinks I’m in California
All I needed to do was change my phone number but the app works not allow it. Was told I had to create a be account, which required a new email (an account I never use). So now I’ve created the account, but it keeps saying I’m in California; no matter how many times I save my Florida location. Also there is no return to the home page from the map selection when you set the preferred store. Also, it offered me to call the store, but there is a block to keep customers from calling the store. I need to know if they sell money orders, cannot call anyone to ask and the app has no answers either.

Decided Not To Install
Data is a hot commodity these days and worth more than gold to a successful business, and most importantly the consumer who wants to be able to trust who they do business with.
In the apps sign-up process, it asks for me to check a box in agreements with terms and conditions, but will not allow me to read what those terms and conditions are. I’m glad I stopped at that point of the process, because by some of the reviews for this app, it sounds a bit suspect. So, full price and un rewarded, it ‘tis until I can see what we are both agreeing on.
