Lame game and Store needs help
1) The AM PM game is frustrating and not fun. Games should be enjoyable, but yours is not. I rarely win and if I do the prize is something that goes unclaimed. Please loosen the game allowing people to win more often and change the prizes... not everyone likes coffee and freezes.
Free coffee only/Updated Oct 1 2026
Rewards got nerfed really bad lately and no more rewards other than coffee and a drink. Edit Oct.1 2026: it’s still mostly the same although now it has gotten to a point where no matter how much you spend once you click “redeem all” or “scratch all” it doesn’t give you any redeemable items. Not even a coffee. They really need to update the rewards system for those who genuinely come to this store and are actually purchase something. Also the discounts it’s supposed to give you when advertises is false most of the times as when purchasing even when the app is scanned nothing of value drops. The price stays the same or goes more higher. To make things worse a free item is never free with AMPM. Something you have to cough up certain change and if you have none you can always use tap..for a 35 cent fee..cmon please do better. You guys had such amazing rewards and a great system and now it went to the gutter. There are some decent deals sometimes but they really need to revamp the app features.
