Doesn’t tell you when it’s “sold out”
It doesn’t indicate if something is sold out until you get to the checkout screen.

The app is clunky, the customer service is poor at best and there is little communication as to when your product will arrive

Horrible Customer Service
After waiting over two hours for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes , I attempted contacting customer service. No phone. No text. No chat. Only email. After half an hour I received a response saying order had been delivered. It had not. Responded with that info. 44 minutes later informed the order was returned because THEY had the wrong phone number. No attempt to even knock on my door. No text. No notice . Nothing. As of this writing issue still not resolved. I would avoid using this service . Buyer beware.Had to file a claim with my visa. Yay.

IMMEDIATELY check your bank l”statemt .They overcharge and AFTER 2 YEARS, this PROBLEM still exists
As of April 18, 2025, this glitch still exists!!! They have a system glitch for over 2 yrs now.
They have not fixed it. Customer service never replies promptly. When you checkout on the UI of app (user interface)… you are not being charged that but rather OVERCHARGED. It shows up under 2 separate charges and exceeds your checkout amount! THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU!!! After 10 months of raising it, they don’t care to fix it! Report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! Now!!!!
