Horrible- DON’T USE!
Order marked arrived but never arrived. I called & texted customer support many times with no success. Tried to resolve virtually but their system was ‘down’. I honestly don’t think this is a real thing. REALLY REALLY BAD.
Doesn’t tell you when it’s “sold out”
It doesn’t indicate if something is sold out until you get to the checkout screen.

The app is clunky, the customer service is poor at best and there is little communication as to when your product will arrive

Horrible Customer Service
After waiting over two hours for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes , I attempted contacting customer service. No phone. No text. No chat. Only email. After half an hour I received a response saying order had been delivered. It had not. Responded with that info. 44 minutes later informed the order was returned because THEY had the wrong phone number. No attempt to even knock on my door. No text. No notice . Nothing. As of this writing issue still not resolved. I would avoid using this service . Buyer beware.Had to file a claim with my visa. Yay.

As of April 18, 2025, this glitch still exists!!! They have a system glitch for over 2 yrs now.
They have not fixed it. Customer service never replies promptly. When you checkout on the UI of app (user interface)… you are not being charged that but rather OVERCHARGED. It shows up under 2 separate charges and exceeds your checkout amount! THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU!!! After 10 months of raising it, they don’t care to fix it! Report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! Now!!!!

I tried ordering several bottles from Minibar. Each one would let you add it to the cart then when you went to checkout it would show unavailable or sold out. Why is it showing up when searched and why does it let you add to cart if sold out? I sent an email to help@minibar, waiting to see how they reply. Will update review if they fix this issue.

Everything sold out
I used to like this app but recently every time I go to order anything, it says it's sold out. I choose different items from different stores and they're always "sold out". If it's a glitch in the app, it needs to be fixed bc it's annoying to get all the way to checkout with 12 different items from different store and ALL of them are sold out.

Bad Customer Service and Didn’t Deliver On Time
Ordered alcohol for new years and it didn’t come during the scheduled delivery time (came a whole day late with no updates from minibar and when I tried to reach out I got an automated message with no help). Since it was late I had to go to another store to purchase more alcohol and no longer needed the delivery. Minibar responded to me a week late and told me they don’t give refunds and there was nothing they could do.

Can’t enter address
App is a joke — put a bunch of stuff in my cart and can’t check out because address page is broken.

Order not delivered. No customer service for 24hrs now…
Spent $150 on champagne delivery for special occasion. Delivery never arrived. Minibar does not have customer service open on weekends and store has no record. Will be reporting as fraud given no item received.

Worse app ever did one transaction and checked my bank statement come to find out they they running my account for a 100$ charge and a 80$ charge I never did
They canceled order, disabled my account.
I ordered from Minibar today, my first order from them. Within 10 minutes of my order, their “Risk and Safety” dept not only canceled my order, but also disabled my account. I ordered through my IPhone and paid with Apple pay with a card I’ve had for years. Shipping and billing address was the same. Name is the same. I don’t get it. I don’t recommend this app.

Never received 2 orders and I want my money back
I keep correcting my address from 325, Tate St, Taylor Pa 18517 to 301 Tate St, Taylor but someone doesn’t bother changing it and this is the second time but I’m sure I can’t be stupid enough to make it 3.
Poor customer service
So this is the third time an orders been placed either by me or my son and it either showed up very late or not at all again today my order was canceled for I don’t know what reason… You might want to consider a different company

I used mini bar for a long time, but I’ve had a few issues especially recently.
Tonight the order arrive 20 minutes past the 2 hour window. No tracking was possible after an alert that my order was Enroute 1.5 hours before it arrived - which made me question if it was just stolen. And no one could answer my calls.
The corp help desk offered a rebate off a future order w/in 30 days to correct the situation, but that doesn’t work for me since I buy every few months. I said that and the rep dropped the conversation leaving me stranded.
Pretty crappy.

Minibar Database Hacked - Personal Info exposed
Watch out. This is another App Store scam where they get your personal information and data and then don’t ever let you delete it.
I haven’t used this account in over a year or two, and was notified my password appears on a leak and so I went in to delete the account and my sensitive personal data - and it turns out there is no way to delete my order history or overall account. The webpage said to delete the account you have to call or email directly. I called 6 times and kept getting a message saying ‘call a different number for text chat service’. I texted the chat service 20 times and so far have gotten no answer.
Shady, dishonest, and I guarantee they are selling your personal data to third parties.
