Don’t bother
I ordered a delivery and they rescheduled for way too early in the morning. Therefore it took my money and doesn’t offer a refund… even though it was scheduled for the night before as I asked. Not impressed!
Great!
I downloaded Vroom this morning and made my first delivery order with them. From beginning to the order being delivered I was very pleased. The delivery driver was right on time. I had no issues using this app and will use it again in the future.

It works great
It works great — super fast deliveries, much faster than the competitors, and the selection of items for delivery is much bigger than anywhere else.
Missing Items
Almost every single time I order delivery using this app I do not get all the items I pay for. There is no support. Why would I get anywhere with the store or delivery people that are ripping me off? They know you’re not going to be able to prove you got 5 items instead of 6, so no one cares.
Terrible
I placed an order twice this morning. Both times my order wasn’t delivered. They have no number to call. No chat for support. Only an email is provided and can take up to 24hrs they say. I spent a total 50 dollars with absolutely nothing for it. I assume the first time it was a fluke but twice in a row to the same customer on the same day is insane. Who ever this company is going through has failed them and in turn the company is failing it client base. Do no use.

Absurd processing fee
I placed a small order and was charged a processing fee almost 75% of what my total basket was. To make matters worse, the store did not properly fulfill my order. Vroom and Rebel Delivery refused to refund processing fee . I am reporting this company to California Dept of Consumer Affairs. Be very careful ordering with them - Gopuff is a better option

Bogus
Used this app once and it put the wrong address in(after I triple checked it to make sure it was right) and then I went to go correct it and it wouldn’t even let me move the pin
Technical problems
My very first time ordering & using the app I got all the way through check out with payment received, just for 5 mins later for it to be cancelled. I tried numerous methods of payment first being Apple Pay with both cards on that, the I go to enter a card manually just for it to say it’s expired when the expiration date is 07/28

You need to hope you’ll get what you paid for
So, ordered $100 of product. Got delivered $10 of product. Store says they can’t do anything, they have no clue how it actually works. They can’t refund me and they won’t deliver what i ordered. Be careful.
Not to be trusted
I ordered twice for delivery and both times nothing. Then I called the shop and the person said they weren’t the ones delivering (I had no clue what to say to that). The charges and refunds are still TBD.

This is an amazing application but what makes it so amazing is my delivery person Tammy. I honestly know that if she wasn’t my delivery person I would not order from them. Tammy is a true gem! I hope that everyone really knows how great she is!!!

Is this even real?
Made an order and waited all night for it and never arrived the email they give for customer support isn't even real, it doesn't accept emails. Can't even get them to reimburse me.
Other services are better
They took a very long time to deliver an order about 5 minutes away. I've had better luck with other services.
