v1.2 (Build 3) — 2026-07-07 "Drift Control" - Fixed horizon drift during long drives. The filter was being too cautious and blocking CoreMotion's own corrections — now nearly transparent when cruising, only clamping down during actual acceleration events. - Excluded visionOS support — no accelerometer on a face computer. We'll revisit when Apple figures that out. v1.1 (Build 2) — 2026-07-07 "Stop Lying to Me, Accelerometer" - Cage/Uncage: Tap the artificial horizon to cage it. Mount your phone sideways, upside down, duct-taped to a cat — tap the horizon and that's your new level. Tap again to return to reality. - Acceleration compensation: The artificial horizon no longer has a panic attack every time you touch the gas pedal. Uses sensor fusion wizardry to trust the gyroscope when the accelerometer is clearly having a moment. - Motion updates bumped to 20Hz because smoothness matters and your battery was too full anyway. - Magnetic north reference frame for attitude — turns out knowing which way is actually up is important. - What's New popup on new builds so you know what changed without having to guess. - Change Log viewer accessible from the info screen for the curious. - Help screen with a rundown of what everything does, for those who don't enjoy trial and error.
