Quick Inventory is a versatile and intuitive App that copes with all types of property. Put simply an ‘inventory’ is a list of rooms, fixtures, fittings against which the user can comment on the condition and should be referred to and therefore form part of any tenancy agreement, contract to rent a property. Because ‘Quick Inventory’ allows the user to add rooms and features of a property during use, unlike other Apps there is no difficulty in setting up properties, you simply, sign up and get started for FREE.
Quick Inventory offers 3 types of reports:
(1) Check-in inventory
(2) Check-out inventory and
(3) interim inspection.
‘Quick Check-in’ inventories include meters, keys and as much detail as you want, draft reports are available immediately synchronise automatically to the website so when you get to your PC you can enjoy the simple organiser to plan your workflow.
