Has anyone been able to reach customer support? I know some people said that they are going to re release it but it looks like has been 8 months since the last app update. I sent a message to customer service twice and got no response.

I enjoyed using this app but months ago
It stopped working and support gave vague answers that seemed like lying that developers were upgrading it. I followed up several times and same nonsensical answer.
Now it says you can withdraw money but it ends in error. Bizarre. Don’t waste your time.

WAS great
Used it a number of times. Paid back just a few days ago, needed another advance, couldn’t login, kept getting error, 0091. Contacted support 3x - finally got a response - per them “they are updating their app and not doing advances for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.” A little notice would have been more appropriate… too bad. App was easy and fast to use. Hope they are back up and running soon.

App not working
This app was great up until recently. I paid off the latest loan and now it is stuck on error 0091. I’ve submitted the issue to customer support but no response.

Don’t download right now . The app is undergoing changes and they said you can’t take out loan until future notice!! When the app was running it worked great tho

I love this app. I’ve been using it for a while. But all of a sudden today I keep getting an error message and I cannot use it. I’m very disappointed

Before the pandemic, my life started going downhill constantly going through ups and downs, losses, trauma, and financial hardships. This app has came in handy. My grandmother passed away and was having a memorial up in Long Beach. I live in San Diego I had no money but $.30 to my name this app allowed me to go to the memorial for my grandmother. Doesn’t give you anything
Every time I log into this it wants me to verify my banking information and I get to where I need to add my debit card and it doesn’t do anything so I have to close the app completely and reopen it and then it verifies everything and then says I can’t get anything try back in 30 days no explanation or anything what a waste of time and space

Finicity doesn’t seem to work to connect account
I wish the platform used a different bank account verification company as finicity is never able to fully connect to my bank therefore cannot complete the verification to move forward 😔
A joke
The idea is excellent, but the app is a joke. It will ask for verification of a bank account every time you log in and add a bank account; the worst thing is you can’t revoke your permission to share a bank account from your account; you will have to change the password to prevent them from accessing your account. The app couldn’t work beyond card verification, yet I got the message to apply on 11/16, and when I tried to delete the account, I couldn’t find any option to do that; I had to send a message to ask them to delete my information.
No wonder the app is four years old and still unknown.

I don’t know what this app is but it definitely does not recognize American numbers, I have had my cell service for more than 4yrs and this app says put in a correct US cell number. This is a time to not scam people folks really need help and you guys are not right taking advantage of people.

Unable to move forward after entering my cell due to the app saying it is incorrect.

I uploaded all of my info ID bank everything. Then says they can not ID me and said too many attempts. I only tried once… do not use.
