STILL CHARGING ME WHEN I CANCELLED
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. After months of trying to fix an issue with my accounts disconnecting and spending of words of three hours on the phone multiple times I was offered a discount on my monthly payment which was fine but the app was still not working correctly so I called to have it canceled & thought it was. Please tell me why I am still being billed for a service I am not using and have not used for a year because it does not work properly.

Main thing is invoices going to clients junk mail and not getting paid in time.
Lost a few thousand KM on and off even when everything is set up proper!
Bank somehow got disconnected from Quick books right at tax time and teck support was not helpful. They were more interested in a review than teck support.
I’m not interested in how I can rate you if you haven’t helped yet?
And teasing to set up Visa payment and to know it will never be set up unless I’m fully upgraded and NOTE QB didn’t advertise to up grade to get this feature it just kept saying this is not set up yet. I learned this from teck support.
Can’t edit GST with tips on meals.

Better apps out there
This company is disappointing , a ripoff after promo deals end , glitchy. Getting customer support is such a headache and the customer support agent I spoke to Joey was incredibly rude , much better invoicing apps out there , keep looking!!

It does not record properly! Worst application. Also, I delete my banking info but the next day it would be there again. Weird.

As above, software worked great until mid 2024. Since then constant bank connection errors and continually sending me in a circular loop to try and add the accounts back in. I had to manually add all my transactions in at the end of 2025 so I could do my taxes.
At the same time it locked out my ability to accept credit card payments, so invoices just say to contact me for payment methods.
A support request resulted in an email link that just put me through the same “link accounts” loop and never resolved the issue. I’m done.
It is now completely useless and I am cancelling because I may as well just use a spreadsheet. Whoever directed the changes in 2024 just ruined this software.

Terrible.
I’ve been trying this app every year and it has errors all the time. Bank connection errors, subscription errors and so on. Just a complete waste of time. I make entries I setup locations and then boom, all of a sudden it switches to USD from CDN! Just a waste of time.

No bank connectivity
Have had a ticket to correct the lack of bank connectivity for 6 months, no resolution. Just found out they closed the ticket and it’s still not working.

Don’t use quickbokk if u bank with RBC. kept dropping connection. It’s a nightmare to use. They need to fix their connection issue

Missing some handy functions
Unable to offer clients a receipt for cash payment without invoicing first. Sending invoices when paid upfront causes confusion for customer. Nice to be able to send receipt without invoicing.

The mileage often fails to record trip for my needs an important feature. Set the correct parameters in settings and still fails to track mileage on the odd occasion.

Buggiest App
Nothing but problems with this app. Doesn’t let me connect to my bank, doesn’t let me renew my subscription and trying to find a way to contact customer support is a nightmare. DO NOT USE !!!
Update
The new update is shocking and makes the app harder to use then it was, you now can’t add comments into invoices to put address”s in or explain works completed. It’s doesn’t categorise invoices in order anymore they are all over the place, if it wasn’t broken why change it?
No quoting system on this app
What good is an invoice app with the option not to be able to quote. Also, there is no assistance whatsoever with QuickBooks self-employed. I would not recommend this for a soul trader.
