The customer service is a nightmare
It’s been over 48 hours since I saw my provider and getting stuff called in has been a nightmare. There is still one prescription that still isn’t called in just because they made another mistake and I’m still waiting to hear back.
They keep making mistakes on my prior authorization so I ended up paying out of pocket 240 dollars instead of it being filled properly like my other in person drs office. The scary thing is I’ll have to do a follow up in about 5 days and another prescription will be sent in which means another prior authorization.
Again 48 hours later and still they keep making mistakes and not everything is sent in. The pharmacist is even sending a message because she’s getting annoyed

I’m new as of near 3 weeks but I’m completely happy (and hope that remains to be seen) with the process and most notably the MANNER of the people/professionals that I have been in contact with throughout this situation. The financial side of this is not a burden to compare to what I have experienced in the past with a number of other options that didn’t work or were just wrong to begin with.

Didn’t send the RX to pharmacy
Had an appointment on Friday and the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. Spent 6 hours the following day trying to get the prescription sent and “they were trying to contact the clinician” pharmacy is closed Sunday so I went all weekend without medication. This was after the app was having updating issues and I wasn’t able to schedule the appointment a day early. Plan accordingly because it’s a joke if they mess up

The app asked me to for best results to download the most recent version I downloaded and it keeps put me in the infinite loop continuously asking me to download the best version now I can’t get my appointment and I’m incapable of getting my medicine. This is ridiculous.

The app Will not open
It said that I needed to update the app so I updated the app and now it will not let me open the app. I have deleted it and tried to re-download it three times and it just keeps saying that I need to update the app to use it.

This app won’t let me log in. It says “Update to the latest version..” even though I uninstalled it n reinstalled it several times. Online support was no help.

They will take you’re money “call you and provide service and leave you with no doctor notes it seems too be all Ai even the doctors and I’m out 70 dollars and have not received and excuses letter from doctor horrible I wish I could give no stars 4 days and no one will talk to me
Absolutely Touched & Impressed
Very grateful such physicians exist and dont charge for the same service like hospital clinics. However, doctors are the reason i am grateful for. Understanding and caring, I, personally, value that above all, because hearing and listening are two different things and they actually LISTEN! I remember my first time when i was freaking out whether rx will indeed arrive since i was new in the state, and it did! Along with listening and understanding! Care needs to be readily available & affordable. Specifically, I am touched because i experienced not business behavior but actual MEDICAL DOCTOR NATURE BEHAVIOR WITH CARE. Not many doctors & services imlress me but these guys indeed did, especially Dr Campbell, and many others!

A plus. I didn't. Realize just how long I have been a patient w Quickmd till I looked back. From the first intake to my monthly appointments the longest time it took was the initial appoiimenbt about thirty min. After that I have one super convening and easy telephone call a month to discuss changes or symptoms changes. My doctor even noticed my anxiety was untreated and helped me w that. I love them. Even when u have a ticket they solve ur issue super fast. Easiest thing I do in a month to stay sober. Thanks Quickmd. Name couldn't have a more perfect fit.
