Amazing how fast your medication is sent and ready, undeniable they have the best service for an online virtual doctor. I like them even more than my primary doctor for their convenience and flexibility. Definately my next option anytime I need a doctors visit. Highly recommend , if I could give ten stars I would, but it only goes up to 5

Addiction Help
I reached out to quick MD due to my 7OH Dependency and was able to get on Suboxone to aid in my recovery. It has helped a little bit, but I called and emailed, to try to get in contact with my clinician to let him know that I’m still getting breakthrough symptoms that are affecting me all day and he basically told me that I don’t need any other medication that Suboxone will make me feel better and that I couldn’t possibly be feeling how I’m feeling after taking Suboxone. I just thought that was a little ridiculous because there’s plenty of research available showing that there are things you can do to help not just let me be uncomfortable because unfortunately, if you get put on Suboxone and have breakthrough withdrawals they don’t go away. It’s not something that just fixes on its own so I appreciate how fast and easy was to get on it because I’m sure that prevents a lot of people from starting the treatment, but if you have high or severe dependency, I would recommend a clinic or somewhere in person that specializes in it because quick indeed cannot prescribe more than 24 mg of Suboxone per policy, even though there’s plenty of medical studies showing that people taking higher potency products benefit significantly from increasing to 32 to 40 mg of Suboxone a day. That’s all I have to say thanks very much.

This is a scam they didn’t even help me find a pharmacy that could fill my prescription I ended up getting through my whole sickness without medication and then I spent 99$ for them to talk to me for about 10 minutes I wish I could get a refund

Excellent, efficient service from Jan P. On Sept 6. Absolutely pleasantly surprised that “Jan P.” Got right to the problem without asking heaps of unnecessary, redundant, inapplicable quests that almost every other healthcare system requires to get the problem solved. I was shocked at how quick the problem was solved. Just one of many positive things I have to say about receiving care through this platform. Not the least of which is the wonderfully unexpected bedside manner’ of the care. from my provider (Dr. Kane). Finally, of all the medical apps I’ve used, the admin team has treated any time-sensitive complications with urgency and competence. They seem to communicate with pharmacy staff until the problem is 100% full resolved. Make sure you’re connected to a doctor who can actually fill controlled substances in your area if needed, I was connected with a NC doctor while I’m in SC, only to find out I can’t fill my prescription here, then they’ll only let you speak with AI customer support which will “relay your messages” to a “clinical team” and tell you to wait 24hours on repeat. It’s been THREE days of trying to fill a prescription I needed 3 days ago.
Beyond unethical to handle medical situations in this manner, there’s no way it’s legal.

The price is really good and there are plenty of appointments, but I have had trouble with my Suboxone prescription. They gave me a weeks worth to help me get 7oh my pharmacy through fifth about it need more clarification so I was unable to get the first prescription until 5 PM when my appointment was at 8 AM when I followed up with the doctor three days later we decided to move from two films to 3 films a day once again, my pharmacy had to fit about filling the new prescription because they said it was too early even though while I was on the phone with the doctor, he told me go ahead and start doing the three a day and you should pick up your prescription by tomorrow that is not what happened at all. I couldn’t get the team of Quickmed to get a hold of the physician for over 48 hours just because he didn’t put in his notes that I could go ahead and start taking three films a day like he told me too be very specific on those types of things for your pharmacy will give you a huge problems and then the app isn’t able to get a hold of your doctor. They keep telling you we’re working on it your priority blah blah blah blah blah but They just couldn’t get a hold of the doctor, but my Pharmacy is the one that went ahead and pushed it through even though I was out for 36 hours and that’s a long time when you’re going through withdrawals so my advice is the company is very responsive, but it’s more AI generated responses but while you’re talking to your doctor, have them specify everything so that the pharmacy doesn’t need clarification. It’s my best advice!!

Wrote Priscription with missing information
Tried them out and thought everything was good until the pharmacy got the prescription, the pharmacy even called but the doctor hasn’t responded with no updates at all 24hrs later . As of now 100$ wasted

The customer service is a nightmare
It’s been over 48 hours since I saw my provider and getting stuff called in has been a nightmare. There is still one prescription that still isn’t called in just because they made another mistake and I’m still waiting to hear back.
They keep making mistakes on my prior authorization so I ended up paying out of pocket 240 dollars instead of it being filled properly like my other in person drs office. The scary thing is I’ll have to do a follow up in about 5 days and another prescription will be sent in which means another prior authorization.
Again 48 hours later and still they keep making mistakes and not everything is sent in. The pharmacist is even sending a message because she’s getting annoyed
