App Store Privacy Violation, auto populated a 5yr old claim data!
Hadn’t used since 2017
but it auto populated a last name and claim # from then! Either it isn’t deleting the app data completely OR it is using App Store to cross reference. Either way it’s a major privacy violation.

Try to minimize usage of the app. Its super glitchy.
Worked perfectly for me.
Got my damages inspected, very simple process and very clear steps. The payment was processed quickly and the insurance handled the rest! The overlay of the car was perfect.
Won’t upload data
What good is the app if it won’t submit your picks and data? Tried on WiFi and LTE, get the same message again and again, can’t submit now, try again.
