App Store Privacy Violation, auto populated a 5yr old claim data!
Hadn’t used since 2017
but it auto populated a last name and claim # from then! Either it isn’t deleting the app data completely OR it is using App Store to cross reference. Either way it’s a major privacy violation.
This version you can not type in the fields so you can only use the link From the company, which in the past had the wrong I’d.

Try to minimize usage of the app. Its super glitchy.
