Can’t load any more summaries
I have been enjoying the app and summaries until I have can no longer upload any summaries. I paid for the lifetime subscription. I hope this is an easily fixable glitch.

Why in the world would I listen to summaries of books narrated by a man? Every single summary was narrated by a man. Even summaries about women specific titles. NO THANK YOU! Don’t wast your time.
Glitchy
It’s definitely glitchy. I’ve had it for all of 3 minutes and it’s already frozen on me 4 times as I scroll through book categories. 2 stars for now. We’ll see if it gets better.

The app works well and I'm loving the summaries they have available 🙌🏻
Buggy and poor tech support
I got the app and paid for premium because I enjoyed QuickRead’s YT channel and wanted to be supportive. I would’ve been better off sticking to YT and just donating. The only pro of the app is the ability to search for summaries by topic and name. Otherwise, don’t bother with the app- ESPECIALLY the premium membership.

App crashes as soon as you hit play. I have updated the app but that didn’t work. I deleted it and re-installed but it keeps crashing.

Subscription does NOT work
I purchased a lifetime subscription yesterday and worked out fine. Today when I opened the app, to my surprise a bunch of ads came up, so I checked and it says I have the basic plan only. I have deleted the app then re-downloaded, clicked restore purchase, and now says I have no active subscriptions for my account. Paid $41.99 for absolutely nothing. My Apple account purchase history still has the transaction on it, waiting to hear back from developer.

Pleasantly surprised!
Color me impressed! Please consider adding a Dark Mode. I read a lot at night and all the white screens are blinding. Also, implement sorting for your library of bookmarked books, like most recently added, alphabetical, etc like you did for exploring different categories. Keep up the great work and keep expanding your library of titles. I was going to provide feedback from the app, but the keyboard covers up the submit button, so I’m leaving my feedback here as a review.
One more thing… can you make it so that you can listen to the audio while following along with the text? I have other similar apps and you can do this in all of them such as Blinkist. I find that my retention goes up extremely when I have time to listen while reading together.

Hi! Thanks for you great feedback! A dark mode will be featured in version 2 which will launch in a couple of months. We will also add the sorting feature and fix the bug in the feedback screen. You will also be able to read while listening in version 2.
Subscriber glitch
I downloaded this app shortly after release and paid the $29.99 lifetime fee for ad-free access to all the titles, but even though I was charged, it’s not showing my subscription status. I don’t know what happened but I have given feedback and heard nothing back. So at this time I advise not spending money until they work out the subscription glitch.
Still a great free app, nice to listen to awhile I’m out walking my pup. Huge fan of the YouTube channel too.
