Transactions take too long to reflect
Quickteller is quick to debit the sender but never quick to credit the receiver,transactions always take at least 20 minutes to reflect apart from that it’s a good app. The developers need to work on the transaction speed

The worst disappointing payment organization to ever do anything with😡don’t try this it’s a trap 🪤 They will hold down your money for more than 48 hours saying it’s pending and will never give you value of what you paid for.

I think Quickteller now still peoples money, because how on earth I paid for light bill twice, I was debited but didn’t get code for what I paid for? No transaction history.. This is messed up

I swear you guys app is very bad
Paid but No Token
I tried through this app to buy metre token by a transfer to your account at Wema Bank but got no token. This happened on 26th May 2023. I reported this to you and got promises it will be resolved quickly. Ten days after, no reversal and nothing from Interswitch. Disappointing

Urgent!!
I did a transfer from my bank app to Quickteller i was debited but didn’t receive the money. I have been complaining for days now and i haven’t gotten any reversal. And also why did you guys locked my account, it’s just one problem to another.

Hello, pls I need urgent response to my complaint. I made a transfer to fund my e cash from Kuda bank, and paystack wema account number was generated for. The transfer went successfully, I was debited. And I haven’t receive the payment on my ecash quickteller wallet. I have tried to chat within the app and an agent replied and stop replying in middle of it. Please I was trying to save the money in my ecash wallet. I didn’t want to lose my money do something please!!!!!!!!!

Apple should remove this app
This app is taking peoples money without refunding. I made a transaction and was debited but the other party didn’t receive. Please how can I report this fraudulent activity to Apple. This app doesn’t have to exist in the App Store
