Update of the App is Another Spectacular Failure
Oh boy. I am steaming mad to once again need to write this. Another update, another impossibility to gain access to my purchases. Horrible, awful and disgraceful support for this magazine and two others. All interconnected I am sure, after all I cannot see three different app developers all being miserable at sending out updates that work. I cannot think that I will ever trust you guys, especially after a similar thing happened a few years ago where we lost older magazines with an “update”. Someone needs to get their act into gear and get this sorted. It is awful customer service!
EXTRA NOTE: Had proof of purchases requested before they would restore back to 2017. But not to beginning of at least 2015. So not fixed. Still ripped off of two years of magazines.

Loved the old app, hate the new!
I loved having all of my magazines in one easy to access and portable place. Now, half of my issues are missing. I renewed my subscription only to be able to access NOTHING! Never again.

Disappointed but Hopeful
I really love this magazine, but I am totally unable to get the magazine using this new app. The old one totally worked for me. I know there’s no help from writing a bad review, but I feel better having vented. I’ll keep trying.
Terrible digital subscription
App is non-productive. I purchased a yearly subscription and have not been able to download any of the issues. I would not recommend this digital magazine. Upset my money was wasted
Unable to print or download patterns
It doesn’t do much good to have a digital issue when you can’t print any of the patterns. The older app worked perfectly and patterns were easy to download and print.
Since there is no print function, those included at the back of the magazine can’t be printed and those that were previously accessed via a link no longer have a link so aren’t available at all. .
If you go to the archive to access older issues, the names of the issues show up, but they do not load.
This is unacceptable.

Unable to access downloads archived issues
App is terrible. I’m unable to access my past issues that I’ve previously downloaded into my library. Digital copies are not available and should always be available since I have purchased the permanent digital copy! When is this going to be corrected? This new version makes it impossible to use the magazine to create!

Still no access to my subscription
Will not be renewing my subscription again. Have had no access for over 6 months. I have deleted the old app as suggested and downloaded the new app and still no access.

Use a zinio login to restore purchases
This app will work if you get a zinio login and use that as your digital subscriber info for the magazines. All of my purchases came back. Wish the app developer made this clearer. Hope this helps.
Disappointed
I’ve subscribed to this magazine online only because technology is supposed to be so great. Space saving and take it with you when you go on vacation easier. Well for Quilters these magazines are not just reading material that we chuck when we are done. They are patterns we are working on that take months sometimes to complete. It is extremely upsetting when you go back to look at your patterns and they are gone! I have had 4 magazines now that are either gone or I need to repurchase. All because the magazines are being updated by a new online company. Why do the consumers have to lose all that money? Quilt Magazine, Quiltmaker, Quilting Quickly and McCalls Quilting also an Embroidery Magazine. All run now by Zinio. Hundreds of dollars gone. Quilts started that I will have to figure my way through to finish. I’m so glad you all made this so easy for us...Not!

Lost all issues
After update lost all issues. And can not access my subscription, don’t update if you don’t want to loose the magazines

Would not even give one star. They upgraded the app and despite support telling me to re-download and press iTunes subscriber...I got nothing! The pattern sheets were difficult to access too. I want to dump my subscription to this useless app. Do not bother!
Can’t access purchased magazines
This seams to be a chronic issue - I should have read the reviews. I think this goes through PayPal- I will contact PayPal if this is not fixed soon.

Terrible app now
Paid for digital for a year. Have been a user with lots of back issues that I now have unfinished projects for. Now can not access any of them. I have done all that is possible with no luck. A lot of money has been wasted. I would rate a -10 if I could.
Unable to access my magazines.
I have tried multiple times to access magazines that I have purchased and still cannot access them. Grrr.
Worst app ever
I’m paying for a subscription I cannot use. All of my back issues are not restored. I cannot access current issues either. Very frustrated. I love this magazine but am seriously considering canceling my subscription.
Crappy App
I have back issues which won’t restore, no matter which section of the app I use. I have tried everything but it still won’t restore. I am canceling my subscription in iTunes, since I won’t pay for something that doesn’t work. I will never buy another digital magazine from this publisher or use another Zinio app! ZERO STARS.

Where did they go?!?
Ever since the app update I can’t get any issues! Even if I buy the current issue, it still won’t appear. Either fix it or refund my subscription fees (several years’ worth).
Version 3.0 is awful
No matter how many times I open/close or delete/reload the app, I can't get any of my purchases to load. Just sits there-- doesn't even seem to connect to wifi to attempt to reload.
Bad app update
Can no longer print patterns or templates. I paid for a digital subscription and I expected to have an exact copy of the magazine. So far Quiltmaker, McCalls and Primative magazines are all the same. I will not be renewing this subscription
App doesn’t restore purchases
New update to app total failure. Requires purchases to be restored but that fun ti9n doesn’t work. Seems to be a trend with this publisher. Will be cancelling.
