Useful, but needs work
I have been able to successfully book scheduled service appointments through the app.
Unfortunately, things go downhill form there.
They offer a very limited selection of service intervals and services, which don't necessarily match up with the recommended services in the owner's manual, and it can add services that you may not need.
I recently scheduled, what I thought was the 35,000mi service for my 2023 Kia Forte GT 6M, which should have included oil change and tire rotation.
However, when I arrived at the dealer, I was told the system had scheduled a radio system update, which would have taken 5-6 hours, that I didn't even need.
They did change it to the usual oil and tires, and wasn't a huge deal. But, this is not the first time the app scheduled different service from what I intended and what was recommended by the manufacturer.
I'll likely be calling to schedule service from now on, instead of using the app, though I do hope they are able to fix the app in the near future.

This app does not any latest updates and there is no description and the prices plz update the app as early as possible it not a updated version kindly update it

Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. it doesn't work and is totally unusable.
It works OK. Needs improvement.
Looks and feels like a program from the late 90's. I haven't been able to schedule service yet, but it appears that the app is functional. FYI- They send the PIN required to use the app to your email, not your phone.
Also, the service intervals offered don't match up with the service intervals in the owner's manual and they don't list what those services include, as they also list separate individual services that may, or may not, be included in each interval.

It works OK
