Muchas gracias por tu tiempo y valoración.

Intromisión de datos personales.

Cada vez que intentas hacer alguna gestión de cita o consulta, la app de quironsalud solicita acceso al micrófono y cámara. Interrumpe la gestión del usuario y te dirige a los ajustes de datos personales con la excusa de realizar consulta por video llamada. Cosa que no se ha solicitado pero la app es impertinentemente insistente.
La agencia de protección de datos personales debe tomar acciones para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento.

Terrible app - the one time I needed appointment information it wasn’t working. Lets you try and book appointments when the appointment needs to be set by the doctor…

It worked once, and even then decided I already had an account , and could not change password as it never sent the sms codes. Wrote to support who told me to press the contact button - that worked twice and now no longer works, (they later told me to upload a scan of my id - but now that is literally impossible). It is awful and buggy and I am left unable to obtain my results and a customer service that states the problem is my device :-(

Unusable since last update

When it works it’s great, but unfortunately the app isn’t working FULL OF BUGS. I can’t make an appointment anymore, I can’t sign in to my appointment at the hospital anymore and it gives loads of errors. Whoever is in charge of updating this app really should be fired. It was just updated 2 days ago and it’s worse than ever.

Pésimo !

Es la app de salud más mala a que he intentado acceder, complicada para entrar y para registrarse siempre marca errores ! Terrible, es una lástima que pongan a los pacientes a perder el tiempo con esto ! Mi calificación -5 estrellas

Reports disappear

Reports come and go. The idea of this app is great but half the time it freezes plus information for your old reports or the doctors you have seen

Rara vez he visto una aplicación tan mal hecha. Es imposible cambiar los datos de acceso si se pierde la contraseña. Esfuércense un poco más.

Not possible to make appointment with a doctor

App gets stuck at the step of Short Questionary and doesn’t show available doctors

Useless App

The app is simply not fit for purpose. I cannot access recent scans. There is no report to accompany the scans and the “virtual assistant” doesn’t work. I am now going to have to drive back to Quiron in Marbella to manually obtain my results.

A very useful ap. I waited on the phone for about an hour with no to attend me. I booked an appointment straight away using the Ap.
Useful to have all my medical reports in one place too.

Simplifica mi vida

La aplicación de Quirón Hospital simplifica mi vida al permitirme hacer citas desde el móvil. La organización de las citas para los niños y el acceso fácil a resultados de análisis e informes hacen que sea una herramienta imprescindible para el cuidado de la salud familiar.

NO SE PUEDE SOLICITAR CITA

La app me pide que lo actualice, la actualizo, luego intento sacar una cita y no funciona. SE QUEDA BLOQUEADO y no permite avanzar mas allá de seleccionar si tienes seguro o no.

FELICIDADES.
Como mínimo antes de actualizar la app tenéis que validar que sea funcional.

Quiero denunciar públicamente esta app que está violando nuestra privacidad al recoger datos personales de usuarios sin consentimiento claro. Esta app está poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad y privacidad al recopilar información confidencial sin nuestra autorización. Exijo una investigación exhaustiva y medidas inmediatas para proteger nuestros datos y sancionar a la empresa responsable.
