About
A quit-smoking companion app where an angel and a devil banter on your shoulders. We aimed for a design that's fun to keep going — never preachy, never punishing.
■ Key features
▼ See your progress, second by second
A live counter shows your total smoke-free time and your current clean streak, down to the second. Money saved and cigarettes avoided update in real time based on your brand and price.
▼ 8-stage health recovery timeline
A timeline grounded in publicly available information from WHO, the U.S. Surgeon General Report, the CDC, the UK NHS, and Japan's MHLW e-Healthnet:
・20 minutes — heart rate and blood pressure start to drop
・8 hours — carbon monoxide level halves
・24 hours — heart-attack risk begins to fall
・2–3 days — taste and smell return
・2–12 weeks — walking and exercise become easier
・1–9 months — coughing and shortness of breath decrease
・1 year — coronary heart disease risk halved
・5+ years — cancer and stroke risks fall significantly
Each stage links to its source so you can verify it yourself.
▼ The 30-second urge button
When the craving hits, tap "I want a cigarette." A 30-second timer opens, with the angel offering tips and the devil whispering temptations. Most urges peak and fade in well under a minute — getting through 30 seconds is often enough.
▼ Angel & devil companions
Two characters react to your progress with short banter that rotates throughout the day. The longer you stay clean, the more the devil "breaks" — getting flustered, conceding, even cheering you on despite himself. No blame, no shame, even if you slip.
▼ Urge log & stats
Every urge — whether you endured it or had one — is logged with a timestamp. Look back and see your patterns: which times of day are hardest, how your endurance is growing.
▼ Free, forever. No subscription, no account.
All features are free. No sign-up, no cloud sync, no ads in the way of the core experience. Your data stays on your device.
