Honestly this is one the best apps out there. To whomever took the time to build this helpful app I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It’s very hard to quit smoking this help has given me strength and motivation.

This app has so much content in it to help people quit smoking. It’s worth every penny and has saved my quit so many times in a short amount of time!! There are many daily modules, stories, tips, meditations, I haven’t even been able to listen to all this app offers yet. When I have an urge to smoke, I open this app and press on anything, it helps distract me and remember all the great benefits of not smoking anymore! This app is also more positive in its approach, which I appreciate greatly. Awesome app, thank you to the creators!!
