Quit Smoking: Slow Plan
Gradually reduce cigarettes
About
What's New in Quit Smoking
2.18
August 4, 2026
Fixed the big one: if you were running behind schedule, the app could hand you several cigarettes back to back with no wait between them. Your next cigarette is now always timed from the moment you actually smoked, and the rest of the day re-spaces around it. Also in this update: • "Skip this one" in notifications actually works now, and reminders show up even while the app is open. • Your statistics only count days you really tracked. Days you never opened the app no longer pass as perfect days, so the numbers finally match your progress. • Your streak now measures days you stayed within your plan, not days you opened the app. • The day rolls over at your bedtime, not at midnight. • The widget stays in sync with the app.
