App seems cool but….
It takes forever loading. I’m a new user and I want to use the app but the loading wheel won’t go away. It freezes up. Except the loading wheel still spinning. I’ve tried using cellular data and WiFi, closing the app. Etc.

Can’t log in?
I have tried both facebook and apple log in methods and neither work. I can’t connect to facebook, it says there is an error with the app not responding. When I log in via apple it says there is a newer version I need to install but when I check, there isn’t one. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone with no luck :(

Can’t even get started or create an account. A message pops up that tells me to update the app to a new version, which links me here with no update available. Not worth the headache.
Seems to be Abandoned
This app helped me get through quitting a 14-year nicotine addiction. I quit over two years ago, and sometimes I would load the app up to look at all my data (money saved, etc).
Well, it has been several months now since I’ve been able to log in, sadly. It seems that the data may be gone for good. Hope to see the app come back some day.

I can’t even log in and I can’t even request a new password. The app keeps saying update the app but it’s running the latest software and I don’t have a old iPhone . I have a iPhone 13pro max

I just downloaded this app and I can’t even open it. It wont let me choose my vaping system. It’s just stuck on loading. Have to delete

Tried using the app, endless loading if i say i don’t have an account. When i go to make an account with my apple account it says there is an update (but i had the most up to date version)

Used to be a great app, now it’s unstable and constantly crashes. Fix or remove from the AppStore
Unreliable
Completely erased my data then stopped booting up altogether with a clean reinstall. Reinstalled again later and another problem persists in the form of endless loading. I would find something more reliable.

I quit vaping 2 months ago and this app has been one of the best support systems I’ve had aside from my parents.
I clicked on it recently to post something and an error keeps popping up, talking about some wrong certificate or whatever. And it won’t go away even if I uninstall and reinstall it.
I need this app to be fixed because it has helped me tremendously in my journey to a vape free life and all the friends I’ve made on there.

Server Error
Was my favourite app to quit vaping (despite relapsing a few times) until recently. Now every time I open the app it says the connection to the host server is unsafe and my personal data may be stolen
App is broke
The app is currently broken. I keep trying to install it and it keeps giving me an error of, “ A server with the specific host name could not be found”

The app has stopped working. Developer does not accept messages via Twitter. Website no longer works. Why is this still allowed to be in the App Store?
Very Good App but no craving tracker available
I really like the layout and features of this app to manage quit journey, however I wish there is some sort of cravings tracker and analysis on cravings by mood, time of the day, triggers would have been super helpful.

Terrible
It was super cool at first. When I first created an account w/ this app I had this weird feeling that I should still use the one I’ve been previously using. Then one morning I tried to check up on this one & it kept having an error message. That error message after restarting my phone and everything it’s still there, so ultimately I had to delete the app. Thank goodness I had my backup account with a different platform.
UPDATE: I re-downloaded the app, & it’s working very smoothly. It’s honestly better than before. I was easily able to create an actual account, & enter the community to talk to fellow quitters. 4 star is my new update.

no longer works and I can’t get anything to load within the app bguess i’ll just start smoking again since i’ve lost all my progress.
