Waste of money and lost my gems, SCAMMMM FOR SURE

I spent $5 to recharge my account so I could create a video, but the generation never got past 2%. The app kept showing error messages and the video was never created. To make matters worse, when I logged into another account, all of my gems disappeared. I paid for credits and received nothing in return. This was a very frustrating experience and I feel like I wasted my money. I would like my gems restored or a refund

Glitchy, steals your money!

If the video generation is interrupted in anyway, the video will not be made, but you will still be charged. This can happen about 25% of the time in my experience.
