Great to garbage
This app is an absolutely pathetic shell of its former self.
It used to be that Learn Mode would randomly quiz you on both the front and back of the card, but now it only quizzes you on the back until you are done with the front.
It used to be that Learn Mode would first test you on multiple choice (easy), then flashcard (medium), then write-in (hard). Now, it’s multiple choice (easy), write-in (hard), and flashcard (medium)???
It used to be that flashcards always produced audio. Now, the audio never works and support team goes six months without updating me on why my flashcards don’t produce audio???
I will say one good thing about Quizlet: they have a lot of confidence. Imagine making your app worse before charging people for what used to be basic features.

Quizlet has been an indispensable learning tool throughout the years of our church-based training Centre in Europe. Our students continue to grow in their mastery of Biblical studies using customized study decks.
One feature that would help us all is the ability to select and shift multiple cards at one time within a deck.
Reordering multiple cards in a large deck is unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming.
Having said that, we’re really thankful for Quizlet!

Dark Patterns
Signed up for a free trial and instantly got charged the annual fee despite canceling 5 days later. This app is used by students who can't spend this much on flashcards. I will be switching to anki
Good but expensive
I like the app it seems to work so far not perfect. The AI does help quite a bit. I use AI to start creating the flashcards and then I import it into this which uses more AI. My main issue is the cost considering when you compare it to things like getting Disney+ and Hulu it’s cheaper or hard-core AI platforms cheaper. Like maybe I should just get Claude to decompile it and come up with an app similar for personal use. In any case I like it just they need to drop the price.

Quizlet can work for studying vocabulary 📖🧠, but the free version is too limited 🔒. Flashcards can help 🗂️, but they get boring 😴, and free users only get two Learn rounds 🔁 and one Test 📝, which is not enough for repeated practice 😤.
Match mode is fun 🎮🏆, but some leaderboard scores seem unfairly fast ⚡🤨, and this is where I get most of the ads 📢😵. The score-screen song is cool and dancey 🎵💃😎, but it only plays for about seven seconds, pauses for one second ⏸️, and then repeats again and again 🔁🎶.
Blast is exciting 🚀☄️ because you control a rocket ship and quickly choose the asteroid with the correct meaning 🎯⚡. Blocks is also fun 🧱🧩 and feels a little like Block Blast 🎮✨.
Final verdict: Quizlet can work for studying 📚✅ and has some fun games 🎮🚀, but the free version needs more practice options 🔁, fewer Match ads 📢, fairer scores 🏆, and smoother music 🎵✨.

So far..
I am a current student in a program for Anesthesia Technologist!! Quizlet was one of the items that everybody is using to study with and I had downloaded to get access to some of the flashcard they had made on here. Sadly the free version doesn’t let you do so much but once you pay for it. It like you got a whole different program so would recommend if you pay for it but not just for the free version Notebook LM that google offers for free is just a good as a tool to use to study on.

Horrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and refund process. I accidentally forgot to cancel my free trial before it renewed, and instead of receiving any understanding or flexibility, I was repeatedly sent back and forth between Quizlet and Google Play. Google told me to contact Quizlet, while Quizlet repeatedly claimed they couldn’t help because the purchase was made through Google Play.
No one took ownership of the issue, and I received the same copy-and-paste responses over and over again. As a customer, it’s incredibly frustrating to be caught between two companies, each pointing the finger at the other while offering no real assistance.
Mistakes happen, and many companies offer a one-time courtesy refund for accidental renewals. The complete lack of empathy or willingness to review my case has left me with a very negative impression of the service.
I won’t be subscribing again, and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing through Google Play if you expect any support should something go wrong.
