Your ZIP is used once to look up your district and is kept only on your device; it is never stored on our servers. The step is skippable, and everything works the same if you skip it. YOUR REPRESENTATIVES LEAD THE FEED Once the app knows your district, your own delegation opens the feed: the freshest thing any of the three did, then a card for each of them, then a door into your district tab. A representative with nothing on file this week still gets a card that says so — an empty week is a finding, not a gap to hide. EVERY NUMBER CARRIES ITS COMPARISON The circles that held a member's and a bill's statistics have become rows, because a circle's face fits about four characters — so the number got the space and the sentence explaining it got clipped. A row now reads label, figure, what the figure means, and what it is being compared against: "335 cosponsors — more than 99% of bills." Explore's two rows of destinations merged into one list where each door carries its own figure. PAC MONEY NOW NAMES THE CYCLES IT COVERS A member's PAC total is every loaded cycle added together, and their current-cycle figure is one year of it. Six places in the app printed both, sometimes four lines apart, with the window named on neither. Both now say which cycles they cover, and the current cycle is stated as a share of the career figure rather than left to be inferred. A BILL'S MONEY SECTION READS THE LOBBYING LEDGER It used to be built from ticker symbols matched against bill titles and from whole sectors mapped to whole industries. It now reads lobbying disclosures that name that specific bill, alongside the sponsor's PAC receipts — and it says plainly that a filing usually names about three bills, so the money is shared rather than spent on the one you are reading. FIXES • "Reserved for the Minority Leader" placeholder bill numbers counted as filed legislation. The Minority Leader read as five measures filed against a real one; the Speaker as eight against one. • "0 advanced (0.00%)" is gone. A percentage of zero is a rendering artifact, not a statistic. • A single wrong table name silently blanked four sections of a story's evidence — committees, wealth, the filing authority and the profile link. • 33 shared story links lost the member they were about. • Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico delegates now get their jurisdiction's report card instead of a blank one. • Ask answers questions about the Michigan legislature instead of declining them.
