It is disturbing that we read Quran and learn about our din when we approach adds that are rude and disrespectful.I also am disappointed in the way that they have want us to pay for no adds .show ashram be respectful.Its Quran not a game to earn money.And another is I read into the mic to see my mistakes and I doesn’t detect any it just shows how much words I read!And they don’t let me ask serious questions about Quran to ai you have to pay are you serious??!!🤬

I gotta say, this app is excellent. Only one problem, and that problem is that the voice recording for the Surahs isn’t working. I asked my assistant, but it said for many reasons. It told me the reasons, but I didn’t know how to fix them. I asked me it but it said the limit is reached. Could somebody please tell me and explain how?

No reply from the help team and lack of communication
The app is great in general and has a good subscription fee. However I have already emailed the help team about a bug on the app where as the following of the text starts speeding up and does not match the actual verse which is being spoken if that makes sense. At least add a feature to remove the following of the text if it’s not gonna be accurate, still waiting for a reply or a bug fix. I do not pay the subscription fee for there to be a lazy team on the other end that’s what I don’t appreciate. Please either fix the bug or add an option whereas I do not need the audio to follow text because I can follow it myself if it is incapable. Already emailed the @help team and have received no reply not a fix so please do something about.

Before subscribing it said $9.99 a year after a 3-day trial and as soon as I subscribed, it took $24.37 out of my account. I would like to know why please

Cannot cancel subscription
This is terrible I paid for a 3 day trial and I’ve paid and now there’s no option to cancel at all. It won’t show up on your app subscription and there’s no option to cancel on the app. Somethings dosdgy and there’s no English translation
