I have an active monthly subscription for your app, but I am currently facing two major issues that are making it impossible for me to use the service properly:
1. App Crashing: Every time I try to work on a relatively short 20-minute video, the app completely crashes and exits.
2. Missing 4K Resolution: Despite having a paid subscription, the 4K export/quality option is not available.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? If the app cannot handle standard 20-minute files or provide 4K output as advertised, please let me know so I can request a subscription cancellation and a full refund.

Unfortunately, the translation is not synchronized with the recitation by Yasser ad-Dussary. It would be great if you could fix this.
The app is great, but the subscription package is tedious.
can you provide a reasonably priced lifetime purchase plan, we prefer a lifetime purchase plan with no monthly or weekly payments.

Video quality is really bad in the free version!
The quality drop is so bad in 720p that it’s basically useless as a free app. People are already accustomed to 4K renderings, let alone 1080p. Keep the premium tier for 4K or watermark removal only. You don’t want Dawah videos to look bad on the Day of Judgement.
Remove footnote numbers from translations and add an option to edit them, since better words can sometimes be substituted from other translations, like instead of “Allah is Knowing”, the most accurate translation is “Allah is the All-Knowing/Omniscient”. Jazak Allahu khairan (May Allah Almighty reward you with goodness)!

Assalamu alaikum. 1080p resolution is sufficient for social media (you can support our work by subscribing to the paid version to use this). We don't want to pass on the increased costs to users if we use 4K stock videos. There are many translation alternatives; you can use whichever you prefer. Thousands of greetings.
