Приложение постоянно слетает при выборе камеры. Иногда подключается, чудом. Не рекомендую.

Ho configurato 5 telecamere ma mi restituisce il messaggio di errore "supporta il monitoraggio di un massimo di 16 telecamere". App inutile
Was working
The app stopped working one day. Push notifications stopped working. Updated everything and myqnapcloud login errors out with a no internet error. All the other apps work with the same NAS using the cloud. App is very stow and needs some cosmetic love; however, at this point I’d just like it to work.

Aufnahmen Export Probleme
Seit einigen Wochen neuerdings werden beim auswählen von z.B. 1 Minute Aufnahme Export auf dem iPhone in der Galerie lediglich 2 Sekunden heruntergeladen und angezeigt.
Bewegungssuche seit letztem Update nicht mehr möglich
Seit dem letzten Update ist die Bewegungssuche nicht mehr verfügbar. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung. Bitte dringend beheben !

Le notifiche non funzionano. Inoltre da qualche giorno non si collega alle telecamere, benché si colleghi al server. Un’app del tutto inaffidabile, come si può pensare di usarla per la sicurezza della propria casa?
lousy unfinished client app
No full screen for View on landscape mode. Must use the same port number for login is a joke! I would say this is an unfinished client app.
Crashes when attempting to log in
Crashes every time I try to log in with my qnap id. Therefore completely unusable and useless. Waste of time. Very poor. Not good enough.

Updated to the pro version on the Qnap and never looked back. This application is great!
Greed gone too far
I’ve been using QNAP for camera security for years on my NAS. It used to be good, but the ability to replay the stored video has now been paywalled, requiring a “unlimited playback” licence at 99 usd. Without this you can only playback 14 days in the app. Thankfully Ubiquti have recently introduced ONVIF camera support so will be switching to that (it has no restrictions).

QNap is done for
QNap QVR is so expensive for what it is with their per camera license fees. Ubiquiti is literally wiping the floor with their products. And now they have a NAS too. QNap your pricing has ended you.

Keeps crashing
Spend a few minutes searching playback , zoom in press play and crashes.
Good application
Makes my IP cameras so much useful, and the number of them allowed before having to pay any licence makes the QNAP solution one of the best available. However, a simple option like having a default view available at application start-up is not available.
Constantly Crashes
What good is a camera monitoring app that crashes every time during playback? They expect people to pay for this also — and it’s full of bugs.
Worked amazing for years. But now ….
It has worked flawlessly for years. But recently with new iOS updates on iPad it just crashes and pauses video when using more than a few streams at a time. Saw a new update that said about iPad multitasking but it didn’t fix it.
Hopefully they can fix it and I can put my review back to more stars.

Views crash the app
I have a view that has 8 cameras on it, unchanged for several years… always worked great in the app. This latest version crashes after 2 seconds of viewing this view now. Individual cameras fine… but the one with 8 cameras crashes every single time.
