I have had the game for a few weeks now and all of a sudden I can only play easy AI opponents.

Fun, polished app!
Played the physical game first but this is better! No ads! Learning mode when playing the computer with hints helps you improve your play. Customizable with choice of backgrounds and can even change the colors of the tiles or add a pip to them shows the designers kept colorblind & visually impaired folks in mind.

Game crashes upon loading
Game crashes shortly after loading on a brand new iPad 11th edition. Have not had the opportunity to play. No refund available through the App Store.
Expert mode
I don’t see the expertise when robot always has the good pieces. He never plays just one and in each play ever escores less than 6. If I play a piece that I was holding for a probable qwirkle I get the missing piece. If I qwirkle the computer qwirkle right after. I get lots of dups and if I replace all my pieces I get some of the same pieces afterwards. Feels like the expert mode is made for the robot always win. I won once or twice but it was by one point or two.

Nice game. Good practice. BUT DOES THE ROBOT NEED TO GET QWERKLE EACH TIME I ADD A 5th TILE??? It’s a big fat cheater.
No longer works
I used to enjoy this app. Tried to play a game today. It acts like it’s gonna load and just goes back to the home screen. Deleted the app. Reloaded the app. Same stuff.

Great game but I have never been able to connect online (click the button but nothing happens) so my only option is to play a robot.

Spiel gut, aber ohne Freunde
Spiel macht Spaß, aber ich kann nicht gegen meine Freundin spielen. Ich sehe sie in meiner Freundeliste bei Apple, aber in Quirkle kann ich sie nicht auswählen. Und auch andere fremde Spieler nicht. Das find ich mehr als schade
Algorithme mal conçu !
Par exemple il arrive souvent qu’il pose la 5eme figure pour réaliser un Qwirkle et vous la tire dans la foulée… Ça n’est pas vraiment aléatoire !
Fun but has glitches
Fun but the app is glitchy. I often have to close the app and re open it for it to tell me it’s my turn. Also, it will notify you with a buzz & banner when it’s your turn with the app closed but within it it does not buzz or make noise, it just has a pop up and no option to change the notification.
Also, it won’t let me close / clear out games that I’ve played so I have a handful in my way in my online game section.
All in all, I really enjoy but wish they would fix the glitches as it is a paid app.

Poor from the developers.
My partner and I love this game as a tabletop, but the app won’t let us play each other online anymore as it appears the developers have shelved any intention of updating it. Not very impressed!!
Bugs
The app has a logic error. I offered to show screenshots of it but no response from developer.
Crashes constantly
Just downloaded and paid the $2.99. However the game won’t boot up. It goes through the process then crashes. Terrible!
What’s worse, there is no tech support. If you contact Mindware, the company that’s supposed to support Qwirkle, they will send you to another company who says you need to contact Mindware. What a scam!
