MERIDIAN answers the question a risk professional faces every morning: this breach, this rate decision, this sanction list, this supplier failure — what do they mean for us, together? Most tools treat risk one discipline at a time. MERIDIAN treats the domains as a coupled system and walks the intelligence cycle end to end. Each signal is typed, dated, weighted and tagged to the domains it touches. Anything significant and adverse inside 48 hours raises your watch condition on its own, then decays out of it; a favorable development is recorded and does not. RESPONSE — The playbook What gets done at each watch condition, who owns it, and whether it has been rehearsed. Decided while the board is quiet, so under pressure you execute rather than deliberate. HONEST PRIORS State only what you know. Three percentiles if you have them; a range or a mean if that is all you have.
