I find the idea of the app to be excellent. The execution of the app and website though is lacking and lunky. First time using it, I would get all the way to the end only to get the circle of death that it was trying to load something but never would. Also lacks instruction on how to use it. Finally got it to go through after about 7 tries. Almost gave up.

iOS app needs work
I took my first job yesterday, only the second I was notified about after signing up a few months ago.
This app was incredibly frustrating to use. I think it may due to it being a cross platform code base, because something as simple as a text field should just work. Specifically the notes field was fighting me every step of the way by automatically backspacing, eliminating white space and therefore causing issues with autocorrect.
Also, what’s up with the notes field being required for all checklist items? What if I have no additional notes? This whole process needs to be streamlined.
The job took a lot longer than was promised in my text message and to fight with the app on top of that was a bit infuriating.
I probably won’t take any more jobs until an app update fixes the glaring issues.

They do not pay you for your work!
Please beware: They never paid me for work done over 9 months ago! There’s no way to speak with a representative and they never respond to emails!
