Pointless having subscription
It never recognises that I’m paying a subscription. I’m paying monthly and I never see the proper stats I’m supposed to see. All I see is the stupid shopping cart. I’ve reported by email but no one ever gets back to me.

I bought a day pass for the subscription, when I came back onto the app 20mins later the subscription had gone. Took £5 from me, don’t download
