Mobile Deposit Needs Improvement
Tired of having to drive to bank for deposits, when the technology continues to fail for every single mobile check deposit. It needs to get fixed. Huge inconvenience!

Frustrating experience with app and verification process
I’ve been pretty frustrated with the RadiFi app and overall service. The app says it has a Card Services section, but after searching every corner of it, I couldn’t find it anywhere. The website mentions 24/7 help for verification, but when I called, the automated system didn’t even give me an option for card verification, and I was told I was calling outside of business hours — which doesn’t match the claim on the site.
It’s frustrating when basic services, like card management and verification, are so difficult to access. It would be great if they could make things clearer in the app and update their support information to reflect actual hours. To not even have an option for a SMS text with a code for verification is inconvenient. This has been a hassle, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their system and communication.

Transaction delay
I do not like that the app has a delay in your transaction history it doesn’t update in real time and has caused me to go into negative I had to recalculate all the time

I’ve been a member since 1983, RadiFi/KAXFCU has always had great customer service and a great culture among their employees. But, this new app and specifically the widget isn’t working on my iPhone. I was able to get it to work on my iPad, but I really need it in my phone.

Horrible and Frustrating
I wasn’t expecting to be ousted from my bank account features. I can’t deposit money. There’s not even an option! The preview of this app isn’t anything I can see or have access to. . Not cool with this! And not having access to the automated system or a technical support team. Just lovely RadiFi Credit Union! I’ve deleted and reinstalled 5 times. Just getting the same results.

Crashes
Ever since the Name change from Jax Fed to RadiFi, the app crashes as soon as I enter in my credentials. Please Fix asap.
