Followed the steps, paid £7,99 and after a long wait i realised i wasnt going to get my code, you cant even get through their customer services

You will pay for nothing and waste your time
Paid for the code , but never received. A message appeared to “wait between 5 and 30 minutes”, 1 hour later still “processing “. Refund requested, what a waste of time.
Code doesn’t work
Paid the fee they requested and waited about 10 minutes for a code to generate which DIDNT work. They don’t have a support page or customer service to help either. I need a refund…
